Back to London this summer 2020. I am thrilled to join ACS Cobham as the High School Principal. A new step in this fantastic school.

In 2014, Ecuador was going to be my next professional stop. I am very fortunate to work at Academia Cotopaxi American International School, the best international school in Ecuador. I came in as the IB Diploma Coordinator and Theory of Knowledge teacher, then became the High School Associate Principal and finally the High School Principal.

From an eight-word email to a staff professional development session with the Admin team on assessment. After experimenting this protocol with my ToK students, we planted a seed in everybody's mind. We will continue those types of conversations so that the seeds grow and this has an impact on student learning.

In 2006, we decided to go abroad and we were extremely lucky to teach in the best and oldest international school in Turkey: Istanbul International Community School (IICS). I started as French and Spanish teacher, became Head of the Language Department and then IB Diploma Coordinator. I stayed eight years with this awesome community.

Field day at the end of the school year. Blowing off some steam with students and teachers!

Running dictation in my Spanish Ab Initio class. Using teaching strategies from my UK experience. Learning by moving and having fun.

In the UK, I started teaching French at Cheam High school, Surrey, London. Four years of fantastic teaching and learning experience in a Language College with amazing educators and students. I started as a French teacher and left as the Head of the French department.

10 BR: the best tutor group ever! We stuck together during my four years at Cheam High School.
